Responsibilities
- Oversee infrastructure, systems, networks, and backups.
- Run technical support and service levels for the office and, when needed, clients.
- Keep baseline cybersecurity, patching, and access control in order.
- Propose technical solutions that support consulting work and projects.
Requirements
- Experience managing IT or infrastructure.
- Working knowledge of networks, servers, cloud, and security basics.
- Able to document systems and manage vendors.
- Arabic and English at a working level.
